We will attempt to repair all makes and models of television and video entertainment systems, including Plasma, LCD and LED TVs, DVD players, recorders and home cinema systems. If we feel we are unable to make a repair, we will try to give you the information by phone before a call out is made, so no unnecessary expense to ourselves or the customer is caused.

Free estimates will be given where possible on what may be required to repair your set. If equipment needs detailed work before a fault is known, and has to be taken to the workshop, a charge will be made to collect and re-deliver the equipment.

The repair will be started when our estimate is accepted by the customer either in person or by telephone. A deposit may be required on some more expensive repairs, although this is unusual. All payments are COD when the set is delivered. Cheques are accepted at our discretion. All parts remain the property of the company until payment is made.

Unless otherwise advised at time of repair, all repairs carry a 3-month warranty on all parts fitted and the labour required if any of the parts should need replacing. All aerial installations carry a 1-year warranty unless otherwise stated at the time of installation.

Repairs needed because of damage caused by adverse weather conditions ( high winds, etc) will be chargeable. All other repairs will be counted as a new repair and a free estimate for the new repair will be given if required.
